The characters

Andy         : small boys that has grown up. He is kind and cares with his toys.

Molly         : as andy’s sister. She is a cute daughter.

Mam          : as Andy’s mother. She is very protective with her children.

Andi toy   : an Andy’s favorite toys. He is a coboy, brave and smart.

The synopsis :

Andy used to be a kid that had many toys, but now he has grown up. He wants to be a student in a college. So, he doesn’t have time to play with his toys anymore. Anyways, his mother is very protective. She doesn’t allow him to bring his toys to the college, it is just a junk. She said, “It will distrub your study.” And she ask andy to clean the toys up or it will be given to sunyside, it is a orphanage. At the time, when Andy wanted to save them to the attic, her sister called him to help her, so Andy left them on the floor because he will be back soon, but her mother look wrapped like a trash and throw it out, and the toys assume that Andy throw them away. After that, the toys come to Sunyside. they think it is a nice place to play with children, but there are many evil toys, such as lotso and baby. They realize that Andy’s house is a comfort place to live. And then they decide to escape from Sunyside, but Losto hinders them. So, what will happen with the toys? Will they hate Andy? And how do the toys escape from Sunyside?

The plot :

Introduction

Andy used to be a kid that had many toys, but now he has grown up. He wants to be a student in a college. Next week, he is going to go to the college and live there until he finishes his study. So, he doesn’t have time to play with his toys anymore. Anyways, his mother is very protective. She doesn’t allow him to bring his toys to the college. She ask andy to clean the toys up or it will be given to sunyside. He is very upset.

Climax

When the toys live in Sunyside. They think it is a nice place to play with children, but there are many evil toys. In fact, this place is a hell fo  Many challenges they face to be out from there. They must attack the evil toys, such as lotso; lotso is a pink teddy bear, baby; baby is a big doll, and many others. Lotso always vigils and closes each doors every night. It makes them so hard to come out from there, but Coboy comes to help them. When they worked out to escape, they are thrown in a landfill and lotso too. Lotso almost fall into incinerator. He begs to Coboy to help him, and he promises to swich off the button of the mechine, and andy toy help him, but he denies his promise.

Resolution

They achieve to be out from Sunyside, and they meet Andy. Andy is happy meet his toys. When he wants to go the college, he gives his toys to a young girl. So that, his toys can be played by the girl. And the toys are happy live with the girl. She is very kind and cute girl.

         I thought we were going to the attic. (when coboy ask them to go the attic)

We ain’t ever getting play with. (when Jessie said to the others toys.

Oh not again. (When the toys hear that Andy want to go)

We’re being abandoned. (when Jessie said to the other toys that Andy is going to abandon them)

I can’t believe how selfish you all are. (when coboy try to calm down the other toys, but they don’t hear him)

Comment of the movie

This movie is very interesting. It teaches me to never give up. Many messages attach in this movie. So, every body should watch it!

Moral values

1.    Togetherness is important in our life. It makes our problems is reduced.

2.    Don’t break a promise if you have no something not important to do.

3.    Whatever is happening, never give up.

4.    A leader should be protective for each of each people which leads.

5.    Don’t give up to gain your success.

LISTENING STRATEGIES

       In study English, listening is one of  the curse that important to learn because we can understand english by listening and we can respond the speaker talking about. So, I will write here the strategies of listening. The strategies of listening can not separate because they support each other. Listening strategies are techniques or activities that contribute directly to the comprehension and recall of listening input. Listening strategies can be classified by how the listener processes the input.

Strategy

•  Focus your attention on the second speaker. In general, information about the response of the implied question on what was mentioned by the second speaker. As in the example above: Narrator: What does the man mean? 
•  Always remember that the correct answer is a re-statement of the keyword. As in the example above, the key word is Buy. True answer also contain keywords is Buy a car for the trip.
• It is important to remember that the Listening Comprehension Part A, always spinning on the topic:

- restatements

- negatives

-  suggestions

-  passives

-  Conclusions about who and where

-  expressions of agreement 

•  Remember, pay close attention to a matter which was read, search keyword or subject / problem, and select the most correct answer. If you are in doubt, choose the answer you think is most reasonable. Do not get no answer because hesitation.
•  Although you do not understand what was being said on the whole, you still can find the correct answer.

> If you only know a few words or main idea of the second row, choose the answer that contains a restatement of the main idea.

>  If you do not understand at all the conversation, still listen to, and then choose the answer which read most to what you're listening to the conversation.

> Never choose an answer based on reason because it sounded exactly with what was mentioned by the speaker.

 

The conclusion of the listening strategies is keep focusing to the speaker and to the keyword, but you do not have to understand every word. And then,  predict and guess what will happen. And if you find the new word which you do not understand, ignore it. And keep listening. So, that is all. If there is mistakes, please give advices. :)
